SketchUp meshes vs. BIM models
A SketchUp .glb is a mesh model: Wizarch renders its geometry and materials faithfully, so it is ideal for visual presentation and client sign-off. Floor-by-floor filtering and projected plan views are features of structured BIM models (IFC and Fragments), which carry per-storey data that a mesh export does not.
